![]() ![]() The experience is one-way, so there was no way out, only through the room they wouldn’t let us into. At one point, myself and about 7 other people were told by the “crew” to wait in the metro set for about 10 minutes. We all paid to be there, so I didn’t appreciate having doors shut in my face (literally) and being told to wait outside in what should have been shared spaces. My bigger issue, and the reason I complained at the end, was that there was a group of presumably content creators with a full crew (proper sound and video recording equipment) who kept taking up entire rooms and not allowing anyone else in. To be fair, the people in groups seemed to having a lot more fun as they could take each others photos and scan the codes more easily!Ģ. It’s not a very dignified experience unless you’re in a group. There were only 2 staff trying to cover a lot of areas, and the QR code scanners were impractical to do by yourself as they count down from 5 but are not too close to the prop/set, so you have to scan your phone and then run to get into position in time. The website indicated that this was suitable was solo travellers as there would be staff in each area to help, and QR code cameras which could be self operated. I don’t want to be too harsh as the floor manager did kindly refund me for my ticket, but I had two issues:ġ. ![]()
